Essential Functions Statement(s) Employee Relations & Culture Serve as a primary liaison between management and employees, addressing inquiries, interpreting and administering labor contracts, and facilitating the resolution of workplace issues. Manage employee relations issues including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Cultivate a positive organizational culture by developing and implementing internal communication strategies (e.g., newsletters, bulletin boards, town halls, digital platforms) to inform and engage personnel. Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures. Provide coaching to supervisors on effective employee management practices. Design, promote, and manage internal employee recognition and engagement programs. Develop and manage motivational initiatives, including social and cultural events, recreational and sporting activities, and community support initiatives. Promote and maintain positive interdepartmental relationships and collaboration. Compensation & Benefits Support the administration of all compensation and benefits programs. Analyze and prepare accurate and consistent job descriptions. Participate in wage and salary surveys , gathering cost-of-living data to inform compensation policies. Support in the management of company’s salary structure and policies to ensure market competitiveness. Participate in company ESOP administration and audits.
