Customer Service Representative
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English to communicate with external and internal customers, or other groups within the company. Previous experience in coordination and logistics activities Previous experience in Call Center environment. Ability to work in extended periods on the telephone helping customers, including customer follow up. Excellent judgment in ambiguous situations and creative problem solving; capable of handling various projects or tasks at the same time, Advance skills with MS Office tools with special emphasis in Microsoft Excel. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BS or BA degree in Business, Administration, Marketing or related field. Ability in working with high profile customers. Advanced computer skills. Project management skills
