Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en áreas de prueba eléctrica, análisis electrónico o posiciones relacionadas dentro de la industria electrónica o manufactura. Conocimiento en análisis y diagnóstico de fallas en ensamblajes electrónicos, así como en procesos de soldadura bajo estándares y normas IPC aplicables. Capacidad para interpretar y analizar diagramas eléctricos, esquemáticos y documentación técnica como referencia para diagnóstico y solución de problemas. Conocimientos de programación en lenguajes C, C++, Python, lógica escalera (PLC’s), G Block y G#. Experiencia en diseño eléctrico y manejo de software especializado para desarrollo y simulación de diagramas y circuitos eléctricos, tales como KiCAD, Multisim, Proteus, Altium Designer o similares. Conocimientos en el uso de equipos de medición y metrología electrónica, tales como multímetros, osciloscopios, fuentes de poder y analizadores electrónicos. Manejo de sistemas operativos Windows y Linux para configuración, programación y soporte de equipos de prueba. Conocimientos básicos o intermedios en diseño mecánico y manejo de software CAD, preferentemente SolidWorks. Experiencia o conocimientos en el uso y desarrollo de aplicaciones mediante LabVIEW. Habilidad para trabajar en equipo, solución de problemas, análisis técnico y enfoque a mejora continua. The position is responsible for overseeing the financial, tax, and compliance functions of the plant, ensuring adherence to Mexican regulations and corporate financial reporting standards. Key responsibilities include supervising federal and state tax compliance such as income tax (ISR), value-added tax (VAT), and payroll-related obligations, as well as ensuring compliance with Mexican transfer pricing regulations applicable to maquiladora operations. The role coordinates Safe Harbor calculations in accordance with Mexican tax regulations, based on the applicable methodology of either 6.9% of assets or 6.5% of operating costs, and supports the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and annual tax filings. In addition, the position serves as a liaison with external tax advisors, auditors, and regulatory authorities to ensure accurate reporting and regulatory compliance. This role also leads the annual budgeting process and periodic financial forecasting, providing financial modeling and scenario analysis to support operational decision-making. Responsibilities include monitoring capital expenditures (CAPEX), ensuring proper asset capitalization, and analyzing working capital and cash flow performance to maintain financial stability. The position oversees internal and external audit processes and acts as the primary liaison between the plant and corporate finance teams, ensuring timely and accurate submission of financial reporting packages to corporate headquarters. Additionally, the role provides leadership to the accounting and finance team, supporting employee development, process improvements, and financial automation initiatives. The position promotes strong internal controls, compliance practices, and financial accountability while actively participating in the plant’s management team to support operational and strategic objectives.
