We are looking for an experienced profesional, focussed on People & Safety who can manage Inventory Control Systems, Shipping & Receiving Operations, and both staff scheduling and performance. We value 5+ years experience in warehouse operations with a strong background in logistics and 3+ in a supervisory or leadership role. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration. Lean Six Sigma Certification (Preferred) OSHA Safety Certification (Preferred) Technical Skills: Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) knowledge (e.g., SAP, Oracle) Inventory tracking and reporting Basic data analysis (Excel or similar tools) Understanding of OSHA Safety Standards and Process Improvement Leadership & Soft Skills Strong team leadership and motivation Conflict resolution and problem-solving Clear communication (verbal and written) Time management and multitasking Decision-making under pressure Operational Knowledge Shipping, receiving, and distribution processes Inventory accuracy and cycle counting Equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks) Warehouse layout optimization KPI tracking (productivity, order accuracy, etc.)
