Essential Requirements: Expertise: Proven track record with at least 10 years of deep and relevant experience in Metal Fabrication or a very similar, highly complex industrial field. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage large-scale projects, and scale engineering operations in fast-growing environments. Languages: Must be strictly Bilingual (English and Spanish) , essential for effective communication in an international setting and with global suppliers/clients. Education: University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Metallurgical, or related field). Postgraduate degrees or relevant certifications are a plus. Skills: Strategic vision, proactivity, excellent communication, negotiation, and complex problem-solving skills.
