Responsabilidades: Dar soporte a otras actividades relacionadas con el área de cumplimiento aduanero y operaciones. Coordinar con Equipo de Trade Compliance en EUA y con Agente aduanal la clasificación arancelaria las materias primas y otros materiales indirectos. Garantizar precisión en la información que se captura y pueda ser utilizada en las operaciones de comercio exterior. Importante corroborar que se realicen conforme a la legislación aduanera, evitando sanciones, multas o retrasos. Ejecutar de manera correcta, en tiempo y forma el proceso de descargas, dentro del sistema de control de inventarios. Recabar la información necesaria (certificados de origen, permisos gubernamentales, o cualquier solicitud que la operación requiera) con cada departamento involucrado. Coordinar la correcta disposición de maquinaria y/o equipo obsoleto. Realizar y coordinar las actividades necesarias para llevar el correcto control de documentación electrónica de maquinaria y equipo. Colaboración Interfuncional (Trabajar con los equipos de manufactura, ingeniería y compras ) para identificar y corregir inexactitudes en los BOMs, clasificaciones, alta de números de parte etc. Participar en reuniones de gemba y proporcionar orientación para una adecuada implementación en cumplimiento con las disposiciones aduanales. In addition, the position serves as a liaison with external tax advisors, auditors, and regulatory authorities to ensure accurate reporting and regulatory compliance. This role also leads the annual budgeting process and periodic financial forecasting, providing financial modeling and scenario analysis to support operational decision-making. Responsibilities include monitoring capital expenditures (CAPEX), ensuring proper asset capitalization, and analyzing working capital and cash flow performance to maintain financial stability. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Procure electronic components, fabricated parts, and indirect materials in line with specifications and demand. Create, release, and manage purchase orders using ERP/MRP systems. Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships; monitor supplier performance on cost, delivery, and quality metrics. Negotiate pricing, lead times, and contract terms to achieve cost savings and secure supply. Work with Customer Service, Engineering, Production, and Quality to resolve material shortages or quality concerns. Ensure accurate purchasing and inventory data within the ERP system. Arrange transportation and logistics for inbound materials. Collaborate with Accounting on invoice reconciliation and returns. Drive and support Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives in the supply chain. Actively participate in cross-functional problem solving and team projects. Maintain compliance with company quality and safety policies. QUALIFICATIONS Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
