Required Experience 4–6 years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Human Resources, or related areas. Experience managing performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, and talent development programs. Background working in medium to large multinational or manufacturing environments is highly preferred. Experience supporting organizational change initiatives and cross-functional HR projects. Hands-on experience with HR systems such as Workday, LMS platforms, or similar HRIS tools. Experience generating HR metrics, dashboards, and strategic reports for leadership decision-making. Previous experience leading or supervising team members is a plus. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across different organizational levels. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Intermediate to advanced English communication skills preferred. Knowledge of organizational development, succession planning, employee engagement, and performance management methodologies.

Essential Functions Statement(s) Employee Relations & Culture Serve as a primary liaison between management and employees, addressing inquiries, interpreting and administering labor contracts, and facilitating the resolution of workplace issues. Manage employee relations issues including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Cultivate a positive organizational culture by developing and implementing internal communication strategies (e.g., newsletters, bulletin boards, town halls, digital platforms) to inform and engage personnel.
