Descripción y detalle de las actividades

  • Ensure production processes comply with established quality standards.
  • Manage medium- to high-impact projects and activities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for project execution.
  • Develop process flow diagrams and production layouts.
  • Update and revise manufacturing and product procedures as needed.
  • Perform product design testing.
  • Manage and participate in the validation of new production lines.
  • Knowledge and management of quality standards, policies, and procedures (ISO 13485, FDA).
  • Implement and manage continuous improvement tools.
  • Manage, support, and follow up on products during transfer processes.
  • Participate in internal and external quality audits.
  • Request equipment repairs when necessary.
  • Oversee general area conditions, including cleanliness, discipline, and 5S compliance.
  • Understand and apply policies and procedures related to Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 13485), Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001), Occupational Health and Safety Systems (OHSAS 18001), and any other systems required by the company.

  • Ability to review and critically interpret technical documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet key deadlines under pressure through effective time management.
  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas and concepts both verbally and in writing.
