Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Management

• Design and execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic equipment.
• Supervise corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and improve equipment availability.
• Track and improve KPIs including MTTR and MTTF.
• Establish maintenance standards for MRO and machine shop areas.
• Lead the maintenance team (technicians, engineers, supervisors).

Continuous Improvement

• Lead initiatives to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Use root cause analysis, 5 Whys, PDCA, and other problem-solving tools.

Project Management

• Define scope, budget, timeline, and resources.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.

Budget & Cost Control

• Manage the annual maintenance budget.
• Optimize spending on spare parts, external services, and training.
• Approve purchase requisitions and track expenses.

Team Leadership

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate performance of direct reports (Maintenance Superintendent, Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Supervisor).
• Propose salary adjustments and HR actions in coordination with HR.
• Identify training needs and build team capabilities.

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain records of maintenance activities and training logs.
• Ensure all maintenance procedures are documented and followed.
• Prepare reports for plant management.
